Three Phases to Know
Before You Ask for a Quote
Rough-In involves installing all piping below the finished floor, including underground sewer lines and main waterline that extend through the subfloor base. Usually occurs before framing and /or concrete pour.
PHASE ONE: PLUMBING ROUGH-IN
Top-Out involves all pipe brought up into walls after framing and roofing. Drains, vents, and waterline stub-outs at each fixture location. It is the waterline system and drain system above the finish floor before drywall.
PHASE TWO: PLUMBING TOP-OUT
The trim-out occurs after the walls are painted and flooring is installed. We connect all final fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters, to the water supply and drainage systems. Plumbing is usually the last trade to leave the build.
PHASE THREE: PLUMBING TRIM-OUT
